Mike Rolling

Treasurer

I was elected Treasurer of the Lake Thompson Association in 2008.   This was at a time, that I decided to apply my working career years in Accounting, to assist in managing the Lake Thompson Association finances.
Mary and I purchased a seasonal cottage in 1991 on Circle Drive.  To date it remains a seasonal cottage.  It only gives us time to enjoy all the lake has to offer during the Summer season.  How fortunate that many lake property owners are year round residents.  We do have a very special lake!

Kathy Furda

Creative Director

Kathy and her husband Joel moved to Rhinelander in 1978 and have lived in the same house on Lake Thompson from then until the present time. She was President of Lake Thompson Association for 16 years and has been on the Board for a total of 28 years.

Kathy is an Artist, with a studio on the lake as well as her residence, and is a perfect fit for her role as Creative Director, which involves many day to day duties as a go to person for problems, questions, and to formulate plans for the Association. She feels very fortunate to live here and be associated with the talented people on the lake.

Bethany Deuchar

Board Secretary

Bethany visited Rhinelander for the first time during the summer of 2020. After staying in a cabin at Holiday Acres for 5 weeks, she knew she wanted to move there. In four short months, Bethany and her husband, Paul, made the move to their forever-home on Lake Thompson! Bethany currently works for University of Phoenix as an executive assistant supporting the President, the CFO, and the Provost. She lives in Rhinelander year-round and is very excited to be part of the lake association board.
